What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information, and the material required for your consultation — such as birth details, handwriting samples or floor plans. We collect nothing beyond what the consultation requires.

How it is used

Your information is used solely to prepare and conduct your consultation and to communicate with you about it. Consultation materials are treated as confidential and are never shared, sold or published. Handwriting samples or examples are only ever shown publicly with explicit written permission, in anonymized form.

Retention

Consultation materials are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and any agreed follow-up. You may request deletion of your materials at any time by writing to hello@nuvarc.com.
