Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed consultation up to 24 hours before the agreed time at no cost. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is at our discretion depending on availability.

Cancellation by you

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the consultation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund, since preparation work — profile preparation, sample analysis or floor-plan review — begins before the session. No-shows are not refunded.

Cancellation by us

If we need to cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund, whatever the notice period.

How refunds are processed
